The Sixth Form

We are firmly established as a Sixth Form which provides academic and vocational courses for young women of all abilities and ensures progression to Higher Education and employment.

Our status as a Business Enterprise and Sports College opens a range of opportunities working with local businesses, with mentors and by providing quality work experience and sports opportunities.

Support

The support for students is intensive; tutor guidance and advice provides a clear focus on study and helps students through the applications process for university. We are proud that our retention rate in the Sixth Form is almost 100%.

In others words, anyone who begins a course with us enjoys it so much that they go on to qualify.

Experience

In addition to the exciting courses detailed in the prospectus, all students will have the opportunity to enhance their experience, and their CV, through extra activities such as volunteering, work experience, sports leadership and citizenship activities.

The Sixth Form has recently been chosen as a centre of good practise for post-16 citizenship and features on a national training video!
